Helpful Hints When Taking Herbs!

START SLOW because herbs are cleansers. Your body is not accustomed to releasing
toxins that have been accumulating for years. If too many are taken too soon, you may
experience diarrhea or nausea.

Expect to eliminate more often than usual. This as a very good sign it means the colon,
the large intestines is being cleaned out. Watery diarrhea means you are taking too many
at once. Cut back and slowly build up to an amount you can handle.

A runny nose means your body is throwing off excess mucus. This is a very good sign
and will cease in a short time and you will notice a sense of well being in the head and
lung area. You can also sniff Bayberry.

Nature cleanses repairs and rebuilds slowly, so allow time for the herbs to do their work.
Take them faithfully every day until the bottle is empty before you make any judgement.

Any cramping in the intestinal area is a good sign that impactions are being loosened off
the walls of the intestines and colon. This will cease as these impurities are released from
the body a little at a time. Any discomfort is only nature doing its work. The longer you
take them, the better you'll feel.

Any feeling of nausea is only herbs cleansing the stomach area. The nausea goes away
as soon as you eat something. If you take herbs without a meal, eat a piece of
toast or crackers to settle them down. For nausea take 6 Burdock capsules.

Acidophilus and bran are a good addition to the diet to encourage good bowel movements.
AVOID CONSTIPATING FOODS such as white flour, sugar, cheese, donut, pastries
or too many nuts, potatoes, peanut butter.

Avoid mucus-forming foods such as milk, milk products, sugar and white flour. These
foods only slow down the cleansing process and are defeating the purpose of the herbs.
(If you insist on milk products, a good choice would be good quality yogurt or goat's milk.)

Some people experience hunger in the first couple of weeks. This will subside as toxins
and congestion leaves the body.

HOW MANY TO TAKE?
A good set of rules to follow

Week One:           Take one capsule from each bottle once a day.
(Preferably 15 minutes before breakfast)

Week Two:           Take one capsule from each bottle twice a day.
(Preferably before breakfast and lunch)

Week Three:         Take one capsule from each bottle three times a day.
(Before breakfast, lunch and dinner)

Week Four:         Take one capsule from each bottle four times a day.
(Before breakfast, lunch, dinner and evening)

After Four Weeks:   Your body is used to taking herbs, so for convenience you may
choose to take two capsules from each bottle twice a day, before a meal.

To prevent herbs from getting stuck in your throat take fewer at a time and space them
out a bit. Also take them while there is food in your stomach. If they still get stuck in
your throat, take 1tsp. of salad oil, raw parsley or tomato juice.

Experience has shown that taking the herbs for six days and resting on the seventh is good
for the system. If you avoid taking herbs one day out of the week, it should be the same
day of the week each time.

Don't forget to drink a full 8oz glass of water with the herbs to put moisture back into them.
Otherwise taken dry they can not activate. Take separate from meals to avoid gas. Juice
is an acceptable means of water NOT MILK!!!

Do not take herbs as suggested on the bottle, it is too many too soon. Please take as
suggested by "#10 How to Take?"

Vitamin E First Time Users:
Week #1: 1 capsule at night
Week #2: 1 capsule at night and 1 in the morning
Week #3: 1 capsule at night, 1 in the morning and 1 in the afternoon
Week #4: 2 capsules 2 times a day
Continue to take more each week until you are comfortable taking between 800 and
1200 I.U.'s a day. Four capsules a day is the amount required by most people to get the
results they want. Some people use less some people need more, you will know that by the
way you feel.
